Role Description The Senior Executive role at Mahindra Finance is a full-time, on-site position based in Arrah. The role involves managing day-to-day branch operations, supporting business development activities, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of loans and related financial products.

The Senior

Executive will coordinate with sales, collections, and customer service teams to meet targets, maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies,



and uphold high standards of customer experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, monitoring portfolio performance, assisting in risk assessment, and providing regular reports to management. The role also requires active engagement with local customers and partners to strengthen market presence and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of retail lending, vehicle and tractor financing, and basic banking and financial services concepts.
- Experience in branch operations, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze performance data, and support business development in rural and semi-urban markets.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with using MS Office and basic digital tools for reporting, documentation, and data management.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience in NBFC or banking is preferred.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and willingness to travel locally as required for business needs.
