Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR & Administration with strong experience in HR Operations and Administration. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, vendor management, and plant administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contract/outsourced manpower and HR vendors at the plant.
- Coordinate with vendors for manpower deployment, replacements, attendance, and employee-related requirements.
- Monitor and verify vendor manpower attendance, leave, absenteeism, and overtime.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities of contract/vendor manpower, including documentation and induction.
- Maintain vendor manpower records, attendance reports, and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely submission and verification of manpower-related documents and bills.




- Support employee/contract worker grievance handling and resolve day-to-day HR issues.
- Coordinate for ID cards, uniforms, safety induction, medicals, and other joining requirements.
- Handle regular HR Operations and administrative activities at the plant.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth manpower and facility operations.
- Support statutory compliance and documentation related to contract manpower.

Candidate Profile:

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Vendor/Contract Labour Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in vendor manpower attendance and onboarding is mandatory.
- Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS.
- Strong vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
