Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a skilled and timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Accounts, and other departments for issue resolution.

- Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and service requests.

- Prepare customer service reports and analyze customer feedback.

- Assist in developing and improving customer support processes.

- Support onboarding and training of new customer support team members.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

- Meet defined customer satisfaction and response time targets. Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Fluency in English,



Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory.

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers across different regions and language backgrounds.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Team player with the ability to work independently.

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
