Senior Executive Control Tower

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage quick-commerce operations and dark-store setup , ensuring smooth execution and operational readiness.

- Monitor FC Minutes operations and scorecard metrics , with robust knowledge of Flipkart operational terminology preferred.

- Manage, monitor, and coach UTR (Under The Roof) teams to achieve hourly and daily performance targets.

- Analyze operational losses and conduct root-cause analysis for process misses, SOP deviations, and inventory discrepancies.

- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to drive productivity and operational excellence.

- Coordinate with Flipkart/client stakeholders to resolve operational disputes, escalations, and exceptions.

- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across RTO/RVP process desks .

- Plan and consistently achieve in-house order processing targets , including time-based productivity metrics.

- Conduct daily audits of inventory, order staging, and process compliance .

- Ensure FIFO adherence based on product shelf life and inventory movement.

- Monitor key operational KPIs, identify gaps,



and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel/MS Office .

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution.

- Support process improvement initiatives and standardization across dark-store operations.
