Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is an experienced event management company specializing in corporate events, luxury weddings, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, hospitality, and customized event experiences. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Event Production Executive to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute event production requirements from concept to completion.
- Handle on-ground production and ensure smooth execution of events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, fabricators, technicians, and production teams.
- Manage requirements related to staging, truss, LED screens, sound, lighting, AV, power, fabrication, furniture, branding, and other technical setups.
- Prepare and review production requirements, BOQs, quotations, measurements, and vendor estimates.
- Conduct venue visits and understand site requirements, dimensions, access, power, loading/unloading, and technical possibilities.
- Coordinate installation, dismantling, transportation, and logistics for events.
- Supervise vendors and on-ground teams during setup and event execution.
- Ensure all production work is completed within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production and technical issues during events and coordinate quick solutions.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales, Event Planning, Creative,



and Operations teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of production requirements, vendor details, rates, and event-related materials.
- Ensure safety, quality, and professional standards are maintained during event setup and execution.
- Be available to travel for events outside Kerala and manage outstation event production requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Production / Event Management / Event Operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of event production and on-ground execution.
- Good understanding of technical and production requirements for corporate events and weddings.
- Experience handling vendors, production teams, and event logistics.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events or requirements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel outside Kerala and across India as required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, production expertise, and overall suitability for the role.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on event production qualified who can independently manage production requirements, coordinate vendors and teams, and take responsibility for successful on-ground event execution.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
