About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams working on enterprise software, cloud applications, ERP integrations, and modern AI-enabled development initiatives.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role , requiring a strong balance between technical contribution, engineering management, architecture, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams responsible for .NET services, cloud-hosted web applications, and Windows desktop applications .
- Drive an AI-first approach to software development and encourage the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and emerging technologies.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, and AWS .
- Define and drive integration strategies between ERP platforms such as Oracle and JDE and external/custom systems.
- Design and implement secure, scalable integration solutions using technologies such as APIs, REST, SOAP, OData, OAuth2, RFC/BAPI , and related integration frameworks.
- Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and delivery plans .
- Provide technical leadership across complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and engineering leaders while continuously raising engineering standards.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps,



automation, code quality, security, and modern software delivery practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity, scalability, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of high-impact technical and organizational decisions across engineering initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering and technology development.
- Strong experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and/or JDE .
- 5+ years of experience in people management , leading and coaching software engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, web applications, desktop applications, and SaaS platforms .
- Experience working with AWS or other major cloud platforms .
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices .
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, AI-first development practices, and emerging AI technologies .




- Experience working in complex enterprise environments involving multiple interconnected systems.
- Strong understanding of secure application development and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with engineering leadership and people management .
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives and strategic decisions.
