Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer role based in Deosar.

The Senior

Engineer will oversee daily operations and maintenance activities in thermal power plant facilities, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include leading technical troubleshooting, planning and executing maintenance schedules, supervising junior engineers and technicians, and coordinating with project teams for AMC and O&M; work. The role also involves monitoring plant performance, preparing technical reports, optimizing processes,



and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality targets.

Qualifications

- Strong background in thermal power plant operations, maintenance, and equipment handling.
- Proficiency in engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in planning and executing O&M; and AMC activities, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in power plant environments.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, with solid communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering (or a closely related discipline); advanced certifications in power plant operation are an advantage.
- Several years of relevant experience in thermal power plant projects, preferably in senior or lead engineer positions.
- Comfort working on-site in industrial settings and readiness to respond to operational exigencies as needed.
