Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising casting production activities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. You will also lead and support shop-floor operators, monitor machine performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure a protected working environment and adherence to safety practices.
- Monitor production, quality, and delivery performance.
- Manage manpower allocation and shop-floor activities.
- Identify and resolve production issues.
- Support machine maintenance and die changeover activities.
- Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement and team engagement initiatives.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Mechanical / Foundry / Metallurgy / Production Engineering, OR
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy.
- 5 8 years of experience.
