Role Summary

Support the Project Management team in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing EPC projects. Ensure timely completion of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and documentation activities while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives.

What Youll Do

- Assist in preparation and monitoring of project schedules
- Track and report engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site execution progress
- Coordinate with engineering teams for submission and approval of technical documents
- Monitor procurement status and coordinate with vendors for equipment and materials
- Support site teams for construction, erection, and commissioning activities
- Participate in project review meetings and maintain communication among teams
- Assist in monitoring project budget, cost performance, and contractual milestones




- Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline
- 10-12 years of relevant project experience as specified
- Ability to speak and understand Hindi

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Understanding of EPC project lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera)
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and project documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline
