Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Production & Processing to manage production activities, optimize processing parameters, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Handle plastic injection moulding / processing operations and ensure smooth machine functioning.
- Set and optimize machine and process parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time, etc.
- Monitor production output, rejection, downtime, and overall equipment performance.
- Manage Shift Supervisors, Handle Man Power, etc,.
- Handle mould loading, unloading, mould changeover, and trial activities.
- Identify and resolve production and processing-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC, and Stores teams.
- Analyze rejection, rework, and process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, safety standards, and quality requirements.




- Monitor manpower allocation and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Support current product development, mould trials, and process validation.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, process parameters, and downtime reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Train and guide operators and junior engineers on production and processing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding / Processing.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines and moulds.
- Process parameter setting and optimization.
- Production planning and shop-floor management.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and basic Lean Manufacturing.
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools will be an advantage.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
