1. Automation Programming knowledge (PLC, HMI, Sensors, VFD's, Actuators, Industrial Networks, Third party communication). (Recent & Diagnostic)
2. Knowledge of Electrical interlocks
3. Pneumatic & Hydraulic ckt. understanding
4. AutoCAD hands-on
5. Ability to diagnose and resolve automationrelated breakdowns to minimize downtime.
6. Basic knowledge of Mechanical functioning of machine.
7. Knowledge of Capacity calculation, Cycle time calculation.
8. Maintain automation documentation, drawings, and backups.
9. Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and equipment suppliers.
10. Collaborate with production teams to improve cycle time and process consistency.
11. Open to move on various locations on deputation basis.
