Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Raipur. This role involves leading the design, planning, and implementation of electrical systems for manufacturing plants and associated infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing electrical drawings and specifications, overseeing power distribution networks,



and optimizing power systems to support high-capacity steel and wire production.

The Senior Electrical

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot electrical issues, drive energy-efficiency initiatives, and support solar and other sustainable power projects. The role also includes supervising junior engineers and technicians, ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering for industrial and plant environments.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electricity and its applications in high-load manufacturing operations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Distribution and Power Systems for medium- and high-voltage networks.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Relevant experience in heavy industry, steel manufacturing, or large-scale production facilities is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, supervise technical teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in electrical design software and relevant standards.
