Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Electrical Design Engineer with hands-on ELV experience to work on large-scale residential, commercial and high-rise building projects.

The role involves building electrical systems, ELV design, system integration and multidisciplinary coordination, with exposure to smart and solar-integrated building environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and engineer LV electrical and ELV systems for building projects.

Work on Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/VA, BMS, Intercom and other low-voltage systems.

Prepare SLDs, layouts, risers, equipment schedules, calculations and design documentation.

Perform load, capacity, voltage-drop, device-spacing and system calculations.

Coordinate electrical/ELV systems with Architecture, MEPF, Structural, Fire Protection and BIM teams.

Support integration of solar, electrical distribution, controls, sensors and smart-building systems.

Participate in design reviews, coordination and technical problem-solving.

Work with AutoCAD,



Excel and preferably Revit/Navisworks.

Must Have

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.

5–10 years of building design experience.

Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and LV systems.

Hands-on experience in ELV design, not only installation or site execution.

Experience with residential, commercial, high-rise or mixed-use buildings.

Strong design and multidisciplinary coordination capability.

Knowledge of NEC/NFPA/IBC is preferred.

U.S. project experience is strongly preferred.

Good to Have

Solar-integrated building experience.

BMS / Building Automation / Controls.

Revit / Navisworks / BIM.

Design automation or computational design exposure.

- Experience with engineering design consultancies.

Not Suitable For

Candidates whose experience is primarily ELV installation, CCTV/security technician work, pure BIM modelling, CAD drafting, telecom/network operations or maintenance.
