Role Overview

We are looking for a hands on Senior E-commerce Operations Executive who can manage day to day ecommerce operations across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, D2C and B2B orders. This role is not only about order processing. You will be responsible for inventory coordination, product listings, pricing updates, SKU management, dispatch coordination, return management, claim reconciliation, marketplace hygiene and daily reporting.

You should be comfortable working with data, platforms, warehouse teams and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and revenue continuity. This is a startup role. You will be expected to take ownership beyond routine operations.

KRA:

Marketplace Operations

- Manage daily operations on Marketplace Seller platform
- Track orders, dispatch status, cancellations, returns and customer issues

Quick Commerce Operations

- Coordinate operations across quick commerce platforms
- Track SKU availability, stock movement and replenishment requirements

Shopify and D2C Operations

- Manage end to end Shopify backend operations

Inventory and Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse team for product dispatch and stock movement

B2B Order Management

- Manage B2B order processing and coordination
- Track bulk orders, distributor orders,



institutional orders and partner orders
- Reporting and Data Analysis
- Returns, Claims and Reconciliation

What We Are Looking For

- 2 to 6 years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations or D2C operations
- Hands on experience with Marketplace Seller
- Experience with Shopify backend operations is strongly preferred
- Exposure to quick commerce platforms
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and reporting
- Good understanding of order management, inventory coordination and dispatch workflows
- Ability to manage multiple platforms at the same time
- Strong coordination skills with warehouse, logistics, marketplace and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast moving startup workplace
- Good communication skills and ownership mindset

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
