About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and scale infrastructure automation, on-prem/cloud provisioning, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability, along with the ability to mentor junior/mid-level engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage VM provisioning across ESXi, VMware/vSphere, Nutanix, KVM, and/or Cloud.
- Handle IPAM, subnetting, VLANs, CIDR planning, and network configuration.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters including upgrades, namespaces, RBAC, ingress, and troubleshooting.
- Automate deployments using Helm and Argo CD.
- Design and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Declarative/Groovy.
- Manage source control using Azure Repos / Git / GitHub / GitLab.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Implement OPA/Rego policy-as-code and infrastructure governance.
- Work with CMDB/CSDM, monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
- Use Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent monitoring tools.
- Manage secrets using Vault or equivalent solutions.
- Prepare documentation, runbooks,



and support knowledge sharing.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with Application, Security, and Network teams.

- CKA, Terraform Associate, or relevant Cloud/Infrastructure certifications
