Senior Design Engineer – Biogas & CBG

Location: PCMC, Pune

Experience: 7–8 Years

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA, based on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with relevant experience in Biogas, CBG, Process Plant, or Gas Plant design. The role will involve plant design, engineering documentation, vendor coordination, and technical support during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs;, GA drawings, equipment layouts, piping layouts, and isometrics.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Support technical evaluation, costing, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure designs meet applicable ASME, API, ISO,



and PNGRB requirements.
- Review design deliverables and provide technical guidance to junior engineers/draftsmen.

Requirements

- 7–8 years of relevant design/engineering experience.
- Experience in Biogas / CBG / Process Plant / Gas Plant projects.
- Solid proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of P&IDs;, piping, equipment layouts, and plant design.
- Experience in EPC/vendor coordination and project engineering.
