Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cricket Coach to lead and support player development during a 10-day cricket project. The coach will be responsible for conducting structured training sessions, evaluating players, providing technical guidance, and supporting the overall development of athletes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct structured cricket training sessions for players.
- Provide technical coaching across batting, bowling, fielding, and wicketkeeping as required.
- Assess players’ technical skills, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Provide individual and group coaching based on player requirements.
- Conduct match-simulation and game-scenario sessions.
- Observe player performance during training and matches and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop players’ tactical understanding and decision-making skills.
- Work with fitness trainers, physiotherapists, and other support staff to maintain athlete readiness.
- Maintain professional coaching standards and ensure discipline during sessions.
- Identify promising players and provide feedback to the project management/team selection panel.
- Support player evaluation, assessment, and selection activities where required.




- Ensure all training activities are conducted in a safe and professional environment.
- Participate in coach meetings, player reviews, and project-related activities.

Candidate Requirements
- BCCI Level 1 or ICC Level 1 coaching certification is required/preferred.
- Proven experience as a cricket coach.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern cricket.
- Experience working with competitive or developing players.
- Ability to conduct both group and individual training sessions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and player-management skills.
- Good understanding of cricket tactics, match situations, and player development.
- Professional approach with strong punctuality and commitment.
- Willingness to commit to the complete 10-day project.

Project Commitment
- Duration: 10 consecutive days
- Working Hours: As per the project training and match schedule.
- Availability: Full availability throughout the project is preferred.
- Compensation: 3000-5000 per day for the complete 10-day project.
- Accommodation/Food: Provided
