We are looking for an exceptionally capable, commercially oriented and experienced litigation lawyer/advocate to join our growing law firm as a Senior Core Litigation Advocate.

The ideal candidate should have solid independent courtroom exposure, excellent legal drafting and research skills, sound litigation strategy, and the ability to effectively manage complex matters and clients from inception to resolution.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for end-to-end handling of litigation matters, including:
- Developing effective legal and litigation strategies for resolution of client matters
- Detailed legal research, case-law analysis and preparation of legal opinions
- Drafting plaints, written statements, petitions, applications, appeals, rejoinders, written submissions and other pleadings
- Managing filing procedures, court compliances and procedural requirements
- Preparing matters for hearings and independently appearing before courts/tribunals
- Conducting oral arguments and effectively presenting matters before the court
- Brief preparation and coordination with briefing and arguing counsel, where required
- Handling multiple matters simultaneously with strong ownership and accountability




- Regular client communication, case updates and expectation management
- Reviewing the progress of matters and advising clients on practical legal strategies
- Coordinating with internal advocates, associates and external counsels

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a high-calibre litigation professional with:

- LL.B. from a reputed Tier-1 Law School/College
- LL.M. from a reputed Tier-1 Law School/College preferred
- 9–10+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in core court litigation
- Strong and demonstrable courtroom exposure
- Excellent command over legal drafting, pleadings and legal research
- Strong understanding of civil, commercial and criminal litigation
- Ability to independently handle matters and hearings
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities
- Professional maturity, integrity and a high degree of ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
- Delhi/NCR based candidates preferred
