We’re hiring Senior Code Quality Engineers for our client for a 3-month contract with an immediate start.

Role Details

- Location: Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Nigeria, Turkey & Vietnam
- Pay: $15-250/hr USD (Will be converted to you local currency)
- Experience: 7+ years
- Schedule: 40 hrs/week, with 4 hours of PST overlap
- LinkedIn profile required
- Key: This is not a traditional testing/QA role . Strong software engineering experience is required.

What You’ll Do

- Review and evaluate AI-generated code for quality, correctness, security, and scalability
- Identify bugs, logical issues, and architectural weaknesses
- Debug and analyze complex codebases
- Review and improve implementations, APIs, databases, and refactoring
- Provide clear technical feedback and develop code-quality evaluation criteria

Requirements





- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong skills in at least one language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, PHP, or Rust
- Experience with production-grade software, debugging, and code reviews
- Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code, APIs, databases, and algorithms
- Strong problem-solving and written English skills

1. AI Interview – 20 minutes
2. Delivery Interview – 45–60 minutes
