Role Description The Senior Client Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for CPAs and accounting firms using Globooks’ offshore services.

Day-to-day activities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal delivery teams, ensuring service quality, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value for clients.

The Senior Client Relationship

Manager will handle escalations, prepare and present performance reports, and support onboarding and transition processes for new engagements.



The role also involves contributing to process improvements, supporting business development initiatives, and mentoring junior team members to maintain high standards of client service.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and account management skills, with experience handling key or strategic accounts.
- Background in financial services, accounting, or related domains; familiarity with CA and accounting firm operations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and managing escalations in a service-oriented environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality delivery of services.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting, including tracking service performance and client satisfaction metrics.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment while identifying and implementing improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an offshore devision or outsourcing company is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and supporting junior team members.
