Job Summary

SOM Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in finishing works for high-rise residential/commercial buildings. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating finishing activities at the project site and ensuring quality, progress, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor high-rise building finishing works at site.
- Coordinate activities related to plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors & windows, false ceiling, masonry and other finishing works.
- Check work quality as per approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors and other site teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment.
- Ensure proper execution of work as per project schedule.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate with QA/QC,



Planning and Project Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- College Requirement: Diploma/Degree from a Government College / Government-recognized institution.
- Experience: 3-8 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Mandatory Experience: Hands-on experience in finishing works of high-rise buildings.
- Candidates with experience in residential high-rise projects will be preferred.
