Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule and execute civil construction activities as per project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues for smooth execution.
- Maintain measurement books, quality records and daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations and site standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery and site resources efficiently.
- Handle site inspections, audits and project deliverables.
- Support cost control and resource optimization.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, quality control and safety procedures.
- Positive communication, leadership and team management skills.

Preferred: Experience in large-scale building ,commercial, infrastructure or urban development projects.
