SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

KC India Test Laboratories LLP is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen our market presence and drive business growth across India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop new business opportunities & strategic partnerships
- Build solid relationships with DISCOMs, TRANSCOs, PSUs, EPC Contractors & Manufacturers
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into business
- Manage key accounts and long-term client relationships
- Identify new tenders, projects and market opportunities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and client requirements

PREFERRED PROFILE

- 5–10+ years of Business Development / Sales experience




- Power Sector / Electrical Industry experience preferred
- Experience in Testing, Inspection, TPI, Cables, Transformers or EPC will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Strong industry network and willingness to travel across India
