Cosmic Rulers Private Limited is hiring for a confidential client mandate in Pune.

? Location: PAN Delhi

? Position: Senior Business Development Executive

? Employment: Full time

? Experience: 3+ years preferred in Business Development / B2B Sales / Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition

? Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 gross/month

? Travel Allowance: ₹2,000/month

? Incentive: ₹500 per successfully verified onboarding

? Working: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM–6 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Independent lead generation
- B2B client/merchant acquisition
- Client meetings and presentations
- Negotiation and deal closure
- Onboarding and relationship management
- CRM management and follow-ups
- Achievement of monthly business targets

⚠️ Important Employment Terms

This is a target-driven sales role with a minimum expectation of 10 successful onboardings per month.





Compensation is performance-linked and may be adjusted according to the employer's applicable structure if minimum targets are not achieved.

A mandatory 3-month employment commitment/bond applies.

Candidates will also undergo an initial 7–10 day performance evaluation, with continuation based on demonstrated performance.
