Candidate Requirement: Must be based out of Bangalore and willing to work from the client office at least 3 days a week.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Business Analyst – Integration Services to join our Product Content Management (PCM) Integration Services team.

The role will focus on understanding and analyzing end-to-end integration flows between enterprise systems, translating business requirements into explicit technical requirements, supporting testing and defect analysis, and ensuring integrations function correctly across different systems and environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with APIs and integrations, and the ability to understand complex system dependencies and data flows.

Required Experience

- 7+ years of total IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience working with enterprise system integrations and end-to-end integration flows.
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, business process analysis, dependency management, impact analysis, and functional documentation.
- Experience working with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams.

Technical Skills – Must Have API & Integration
- Strong understanding of REST APIs.




- Basic understanding of SOAP.
- Knowledge of HTTP methods and status codes.
- Experience with JSON and XML.
- Ability to validate API request/response payloads.
- Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
- Exposure to file-based, database-triggered, scheduler-based, API-based, and messaging/event-based integrations.
- Basic understanding of data transformation and source-to-target mapping.

API Testing
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Postman, Bruno, SoapUI, or Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Ability to independently execute API requests, modify parameters, validate responses, and analyze errors.

Database / SQL
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
- Ability to query, filter, and validate records.
- Understanding of table relationships.
- Ability to compare source and target data.
- Ability to interpret processing and status information.

Logs & Monitoring
- Hands-on experience analyzing application logs.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration failures using monitoring/logging tools.
- Understanding of error messages, transaction flows, and failure scenarios.

GitHub / Configuration
- Basic working knowledge of GitHub or equivalent source/configuration repositories.
- Ability to search repositories and understand branches.
- Experience reviewing configuration/property files.
- Ability to compare environment-specific configurations.
- Comfortable reading basic code and integration-flow structures for analysis.
