Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Cloud SCM

Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily

Technical Requirements:

- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM Cost Management / Cost Accounting.
- Experience with 1–2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
- Solid expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement, Accounting, Cost Management / Cost Accounting
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Ability to create detailed Functional Specifications for Oracle development teams, including requirements for integrations, reports, and system enhancements.
- Strong experience with ERP configuration, support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Experience working with Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM integrations and understanding of data flows between ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of SCM, procurement, inventory, costing, accounting, logistics, and supply chain processes from a systems/functional perspective.
- Experience with process analysis,



process optimization, automation, and elimination of manual processes.
- Ability to analyze supply chain performance metrics, including:
- Inventory levels
- Order fulfillment
- Forecasting accuracy
- Transportation
- Supplier performance
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, operational reports, and analytical solutions.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with at least one analytics/BI platform:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Other enterprise analytics platforms
- Ability to translate complex operational and ERP data into actionable business insights.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes, system functionality, and technical/functional solutions.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud SCM production environments under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with AI tools for business process automation, analysis, and productivity.

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

- Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing Certification
- Oracle Cloud Cost Management Certification
- Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM, Procurement, or Accounting
- APICS / CPIM / CSCP certification
- Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics systems
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.
