Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote position based in India. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis, data analytics, market research, AI/ML, and digital transformation experience to translate business challenges into actionable insights and technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, objectives, processes, and stakeholder needs.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research using primary and secondary research methods.
- Perform business, financial, operational, statistical, and trend analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, demand models, pricing models, SWOT analyses, and competitive assessments.
- Collect, validate, organize, and analyse data using appropriate statistical and analytical techniques.
- Develop dashboards, reports, charts, presentations, and executive summaries that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
- Gather requirements and support AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate practical AI use cases that can improve business processes, analytics, decision-making, and customer outcomes.
- Work with technology, data, product, and business teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups as required.
- Prepare high-quality reports,



proposals, business cases, and client presentations.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and competitor activities.
- Independently manage assigned projects and analytical workstreams from requirements gathering through delivery.
- Support testing and evaluation of processes, policies, and solutions to identify improvements.
- Maintain strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, calls, and email.
- Conduct research and client/project activities across the GCC, Middle East, and wider region, including travel when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Data Analytics, Market Intelligence, Strategy, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, data analysis, and market research.
- Practical experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data and research into actionable recommendations.
- Willingness to travel to Dubai for training.

Pay: ₹716,314.60 - ₹1,976,350.99 per year
