Salary: ₹14 to 19 LPA (₹1.2L to 1.6L/month), based on experience

Type: Full-time · Remote (India)

Shift: US hours, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM New York time, Monday to Friday

= 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Nov to Mar)

ABOUT GURU DIAM

Guru Diam is a US-based diamond and fine jewelry wholesaler with offices in New York and Los Angeles and a team in India. We supply retailers and jewelry businesses across the US, and exhibit at major trade shows such as JIS and JA New York. We are a small, fast-moving team that runs on AI. Nearly all of our daily work is done with Claude.

THE ROLE

You will own how Guru Diam looks, everywhere. Website and landing pages, emails, ads, trade-show booths, and our product catalogs all go through you. The founder gives you a brief every day. You turn it into finished, on-brand design, rapid. This is a senior, high-ownership role with a direct line to the founder and no layers in between.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Brand

- Own and evolve the Guru Diam visual identity: typography, color, photography style, layout system
- Build and maintain a brand kit and reusable templates so everything we ship looks like one company
- Keep every touchpoint consistent: website, catalog, email, social, trade-show booth, print

Landing pages & website (Figma)
- Design landing pages and site sections: wholesale hub, trade-show pages, collection launches, About Us, custom jewelry
- Deliver developer-ready Figma files (desktop + mobile, components, auto-layout, exported assets, clear notes).



Our developer builds them.
- Design for conversion: clear CTAs, lead-capture forms, appointment booking
- Turn feedback around the same day

Catalog direction

- Our product catalogs are produced by an outside design agency. You direct them.
- Write complete briefs: layout, category structure, correct shape/image labeling, copy, pricing and contact details, references
- QA every draft for accuracy and brand fit, send clear consolidated revisions, and push for turnaround

Email design

- Design polished, mobile-ready email campaigns: collection launches, trade-show invitations, promotions
- Write and refine the copy with Claude so each email is complete

Ads & social creative
- Design static, carousel and short-video ad creatives for Meta and Google from product photos, 3D renders and trade-show footage
- Bring 2 to 3 concept directions before we commit

Trade shows & print
- Design booth graphics, banners, posters, signage and acrylic lettering
- Prepare print-ready files with correct specs and manage proofs with print vendors

Quality control

- Review third-party 3D renders and vendor output for accuracy and brand fit

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years in brand, web or marketing design,



with a portfolio that shows it
- Expert-level Figma: components, auto-layout, design systems, clean developer handoff
- Strong in Photoshop and Illustrator (Canva is a plus, not a substitute)
- You already use Claude (claude.ai or Claude Code) every day for real work. This is how the whole team operates. We're not asking whether you're willing to learn AI tools.
- Proven landing page/website design work that went live and performed
- Print experience: large-format, catalogs, print-ready files
- You've briefed and managed outside designers or agencies, and your written direction gets it right the first time
- Excellent written English
- Self-directed: you take a rough brief and deliver finished work without hand-holding
- Able to commit to US-shift hours with real-time availability on Slack/WhatsApp

NICE TO HAVE

- Luxury, jewelry, fashion or premium brand work
- B2B / wholesale brand experience
- Motion design or basic video editing
- Product photo retouching
- Gujarati or Hindi
