About the Role

We are a fast-growing creative advertising agency seeking a Senior Brand Solutions Strategist with proven real estate experience. You will shape brand strategy, lead integrated campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams to help our real estate clients grow. The role combines strategic thinking, creativity, client management, and team leadership to deliver campaigns that build strong brands and produce measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop brand and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Translate client objectives, project USPs, positioning, and sales goals into effective communication strategies.
- Plan and execute 360° integrated campaigns across digital and social media, from ideation to delivery.
- Create project positioning, launch strategies, and brand communication frameworks.
- Lead and mentor creative and strategy teams to maintain high-quality output.
- Write creative briefs and collaborate with content, design, media, and performance marketing teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies.
- Present strategies and lead new business pitches with clarity and confidence.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor and build strong client relationships.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations.




- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with lead generation and revenue goals.
- Stay current on real estate trends, buyer behaviour, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, account planning, or brand solutions.
- Proven track record of building successful branding and marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading creative and strategy teams.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Solid client servicing and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of branding, digital and performance marketing, lead generation, and integrated marketing.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of the real estate customer journey and buyer behaviour.
- Experience with project launches, sales campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation funnels, and marketing analytics.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to turn business challenges into marketing solutions.
