A leading Life Insurance Company is hiring high-performing Agency professionals for the position of Senior Branch Manager Sourcing.

This is an Individual Sourcing Role for experienced professionals with a strong track record in building Agency distribution and generating business through their own sourcing capabilities.

Position: Senior Branch Manager Sourcing

Industry: Life Insurance

Channel: Agency Partner Channel (APC)

Role Type: Individual Contributor / Sourcing

CTC: 10 LPA to 25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Build and develop a productive Agency / APC distribution network.
- Source and recruit Agency Partners / Advisors / Insurance Managers.
- Activate newly recruited partners and drive business productivity.
- Generate Life Insurance business through independently developed distribution.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Identify recent sourcing opportunities within the assigned market.
- Track partner activation, productivity and business performance.




- Achieve defined sourcing and business targets.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel

Agency experience should be in the candidate's current role or most recent role

Strong hands-on experience in individual sourcing / distribution building

Proven ability to recruit, activate and develop productive Agency Partners / Advisors

Candidate should have strong knowledge of local market, depending on the location applied for

Maximum career gap: 3 months

Immediate joiners / candidates who can join at short notice will be strongly preferred
