About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Brand & Creative Consultant to lead the strategic brand-building and creative direction for an emerging premium consumer brand.

This is a senior strategic role for someone who has successfully built, repositioned, or scaled premium FMCG brands and understands how to create differentiated brand identities, compelling consumer communication, and strong go-to-market strategies.

Experience in skincare, beauty, personal care, wellness, or related consumer categories will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and strengthen the brand's positioning, personality, tone of voice, and communication framework.
- Develop the core brand story, consumer narrative, messaging, and communication territories.
- Build and guide the 6-month go-to-market and brand communication strategy.
- Establish content pillars, content narratives, communication calendars, and overall social media creative direction.
- Provide strategic direction for the website, digital brand experience, customer journey, and brand communication.
- Guide product storytelling, packaging communication, product benefits, naming, and key messaging.
- Develop strategies for community building, customer engagement, and long-term brand loyalty.
- Shape the Founder brand, including communication themes, LinkedIn/Instagram presence, podcasts, interviews, and earned-media opportunities.
- Develop influencer and creator strategies, including creator selection, tiers, briefs, seeding, and launch activation frameworks.
- Lead creative and strategic direction for pre-launch, launch campaigns, and key brand moments.




- Develop customer retention and post-purchase communication strategies, including engagement, reviews, UGC, testimonials, and repeat-purchase opportunities.
- Provide creative direction for performance marketing and marketplace communication while ensuring consistency with the overall brand.
- Identify relevant brand partnerships, expert collaborations, community partnerships, and offline opportunities.
- Work closely with the Founder and internal/external teams to maintain a consistent and differentiated brand identity.

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, marketing, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience working with premium FMCG / consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of brand building, positioning, storytelling, consumer communication, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing and guiding integrated brand and marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital, social media, influencer, content, community, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Experience working closely with founders, leadership teams, creative teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Skincare / beauty / personal care / wellness experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into clear brand strategy and compelling communication.
- Strong creative judgment combined with commercial and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a senior brand thinker and creative strategist who has worked on premium consumer brands and knows how to build a brand from strategy through launch and growth. You should be comfortable operating at both the big-picture strategic level and the communication-detail level, while guiding internal teams and external creative/marketing partners.
