Role Summary

Responsible for translating banking policies and operational procedures into executable BPMN 2.0 workflows using Camunda. Combines process analysis, workflow modeling, Camunda implementation, integration, testing, and deployment. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are business-compliant and production-ready.

What Youll Do

- Analyze banking operational procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Convert business requirements into BPMN 2.0 process models
- Design and implement executable BPMN workflows using Camunda
- Model workflow events, gateways, subprocesses, message flows, timers, and exception handling
- Review AI-generated BPMN models for completeness
- Integrate BPMN workflows with DMN decision tables and Drools rules
- Develop REST API, Kafka, and messaging platform integrations
- Configure workflow variables, listeners, and process orchestration
- Conduct unit testing, sandbox validation, and workflow simulations
- Manage workflow versioning,



deployment, and documentation
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and maintain audit evidence

- Exposure to AI-assisted workflow generation and validation
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
