Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller with experience in Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk Navisworks to support the delivery of major infrastructure and transportation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality BIM models, performing asset tagging and information management activities, undertaking clash detection reviews, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a strong understanding of BIM standards, digital engineering workflows, and asset information requirements, with a focus on producing accurate, data-rich models suitable for design coordination, construction, and asset handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Civil 3D Modeller responsible for developing and maintaining 3D models for highways, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and transportation projects using Civil 3D. The role involves creating alignments, profiles, corridors, surfaces, grading models, and pipe networks, while producing high-quality 2D and 3D BIM deliverables such as plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction drawings. The individual collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for BIM coordination, prepares IFC and Navisworks models for federated reviews, and ensures compliance with BIM standards and digital delivery requirements.

Responsibilities also include asset tagging, metadata management,



and validation of asset information in line with project requirements. Additionally, the role supports model updates through design and as-built stages, conducts quality audits, reviews model geometry and attributes, and ensures compliance with ISO 19650 and project BIM execution plans to maintain model accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years of BIM/CAD modelling experience on infrastructure projects.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, BIM, or a related field.

- Solid proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with experience in both 3D modelling and 2D drawing production

- Good understanding of alignments, profiles, corridors, surfaces, pipe networks, and survey data integration.

- Experience in rail, transport, construction, or civil infrastructure projects.

- Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, CDE workflows, asset property sets, clash detection, and QA processes.

- Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects to programme milestones.

- Relevant engineering qualification, commitment to continuous learning, and a detail-oriented, collaborative, and quality-focused approach.
