Senior BIM Modeler

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection, model review.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, details, and project deliverables.
- Review junior modelers' work and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Architects, and Project Teams.

Requirements

- 4–8+ years of relevant BIM/Revit experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
- Valuable knowledge of Navisworks and clash coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM projects.
- Knowledge of ACC/BIM 360, Revit Families, Dynamo, or ISO 19650 is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
