About the Role :

ClickSoft Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in U.S. IT Bench Sales .

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the U.S. staffing market, consultant marketing, vendor management, requirement analysis, profile submissions, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and placements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Market and place U.S. IT consultants on bench with suitable requirements.
- Identify requirements through job portals, vendor portals, LinkedIn, emails, and other staffing channels.
- Match consultant skills, experience, location, work authorization, and availability with requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. staffing vendors and recruiters.
- Generate new vendor contacts and expand the vendor network.
- Submit qualified consultant profiles to relevant requirements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Negotiate rates and other placement-related terms.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding availability and interview status.
- Work on C2C, C2H,



and W2 requirements .
- Maintain accurate submission, interview, and placement trackers.
- Understand U.S. work authorization such as H-1B, GC, USC, EAD, and OPT .
- Monitor market demand and identify suitable opportunities for consultants.
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to maximize placement opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team targets for submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue.
- Assist and guide junior Bench Sales Recruiters when required.

Required Skills : 3–6 years of U.S. IT Bench Sales experience

Strong U.S. IT staffing market knowledge

Consultant marketing experience

Vendor management and relationship building

Experience with C2C/C2H requirements

Rate negotiation skills

Strong follow-up and communication skills

Knowledge of U.S. work authorization

Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor portals

Ability to work in a target-driven workplace

Preferred

- Existing U.S. vendor/recruiter network
- Experience with multiple staffing vendors and implementation partners
- Proven track record of consultant placements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
