Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of proven expertise in marketing IT consultants and ensuring successful placements. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to building vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and consistently closing placements while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Bench Consultant Marketing: Proactively identify and strategically market bench consultants to suitable opportunities across IT technologies.
- Vendor and Client Relationships: Establish, maintain, and expand strong working relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of job opportunities.
- Requirement Analysis: Analyze client job requirements in detail to match consultant skills accurately and improve submission success rate.
- Negotiations: Lead rate negotiations with vendors and clients to achieve profitable and mutually beneficial terms.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict compliance with employment policies, including W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Job Portals and Networking: Utilize platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other professional networks effectively for candidate marketing.
- Follow-up and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of submissions, follow-ups,



and feedback to ensure streamlined operations and reporting.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance, training, and support to junior team members and help drive team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US staffing industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT technologies and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.
- Networking: Proven ability to leverage networks and platforms for successful placements.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple consultants and job submissions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools and Portals: Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong familiarity with US work authorization processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
