We are looking for an experienced Senior AutoCAD Designer with hands-on experience in façade, aluminium and glass projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, design development, quantity-related work and coordinating with the project/design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for façade, aluminium and glass works.
- Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings and working drawings as per project requirements.
- Understand architectural drawings and convert design concepts into detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review quantification / quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with project, site and other internal teams for drawing requirements.
- Make revisions and modifications based on project/site feedback.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and follow project specifications.
- Assist in design development and detailing of façade systems.
- Handle multiple drawings/projects and meet deadlines.
- Guide and coordinate with junior designers when required.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Façade / Aluminium & Glass industry experience – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of façade detailing and construction drawings
- Knowledge of quantity take-off / quantification
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- SketchUp knowledge
- Rhino knowledge is preferred
- Lumion knowledge is preferred
- Understanding of Parametric Architecture/Design will be an advantage
- Good design and technical understanding
- Team handling/coordination experience preferred
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in façade, aluminium & glass, or a similar construction/design field.
- Candidates with solid experience in façade design and detailing will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Noida Sector 142.
- Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.
