Senior Specialist - Packaged Implementation - IN

Professionals in this role customize and integrate packaged applications such as SAP ERP, EPIC, Postbooks, Infor, Tally, Sage ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP and other enterprise wide software to meet client requirements across verticals like manufacturing, banking, healthcare among other Industrial domains. They may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

- Assist clients in the selection & implementation of various modules & sub-modules of the software and develop customization depending on client requirements.
- This role uses business/functional knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business workplace in order to achieve client expected business results.
- Expert knowledge required in C++, C#, VC++, Java, PL/SQL etc.

Educational Requirements

- University (Degree) Preferred

- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

- Expert knowledge required in Workday Studio, EIB, CoreConnector.
- App development: Build custom apps using Workday Extend framework, managing full life cycle from App Hub configuration to production deployment.
- Coordinating and leading cross-functional efforts for Workday product launches, including setting team priorities and ensuring accountable execution across assigned work.
- Drive Workday best practices with methods and tools to maximize the value of the platform and supports adoption through team development and shared ways of working.
- Solid domain understanding in areas such as Human Resources , Payroll, Compensation.
- Explore and implement AI capabilities, machine learning extensions, and intelligent automation tools.
