Senior Specialist - Infra Architecture - IN The role is responsible to develop and manage the overall infrastructure architecture. They typically design and manage the integration systems of servers, load balancers, storage arrays, virtual environments, operating systems, networks, core infrastructure hardware, software and integration points.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Infrastructure architects often participate in project reviews and program audits to redefine technology standards, processes and policies related to core infrastructure.
- In addition, they will be responsible for driving the IT tool selection based on business and IT strategy, cost, supportability, security and performance.

This role provides strategic technical direction and advanced oversight of all Mac management operations across India offices, serving as the primary subject matter expert for the Apple platform. Key responsibilities include designing and owning the JAMF management architecture; leading and mentoring India-based Mac engineers; managing Apple auto-enrollment, VPP, and JAMF Connect implementation; integrating JAMF with third-party enterprise tools; and enforcing CIS Benchmark and NIST-aligned security baselines across all Apple endpoints.
The role is accountable for macOS application packaging, patching, OS imaging, and infrastructure upgrades, while maintaining audit-ready compliance posture. It provides Level II/III escalation support, translates business requirements into technical solutions, and produces architecture documentation and operating procedures.
This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and End User Computing teams. Proficiency in Shell Scripting (Bash/ZSH) and AppleScript for automation is essential. The Lead monitors Apple and JAMF roadmaps to ensure the organization proactively adapts to platform changes.
