The Team

Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –

- Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
- Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
- Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance

How You Will Contribute We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Modeling professional at the Senior Associate or Manager level to develop, review, and manage complex financial models that support performance improvement engagements, strategic decision-making, and business planning. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, advanced Excel modeling skills, and the ability to translate business drivers into robust and insightful financial models.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Modeling &
- Analysis
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models including:
- Three-statement integrated financial models
- 13-week cashflow model




- Performance improvement value modelling
- Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis models
- Build dynamic and scalable models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and value modeling.
- Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and risk analyses to assess business performance under multiple assumptions.
- Perform financial statement analysis and identify key value drivers.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with finance, strategy, investment, and business teams to gather input and validate assumptions.
- Present model outputs, insights, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
- Quality &
- Governance
- Conduct model reviews, audits, and validation procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with modeling best practices.
- Establish documentation standards and model governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and standardization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA, CA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in financial modeling, value modelling, valuation, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, or related areas.




- Knowledge of other financial processes such as FP&A;, PTP, OTC, and RTR is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling expertise.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts, corporate finance principles, valuation methodologies, forecasting and budgeting techniques
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, Alteryx, or other analytical tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
