- Lead architectural design from concept to final execution
- Develop master planning, layouts, and spatial strategies
- Review and refine floor plans for efficiency, usability, and saleability
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Review drawings, approvals, and compliance requirements.
