Senior Architect – Commercial & Managed Office Projects

Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team and work on commercial, managed office and interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of architectural planning and design, hands-on experience with AutoCAD, and the ability to coordinate with clients, designers, contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.

Plan and design commercial office and managed workspace projects.

Prepare space planning and furniture layouts based on client requirements.

Develop concepts and convert them into detailed execution drawings.

Coordinate with interior designers, draughtsmen, contractors and project teams.

Conduct site visits and understand site conditions, measurements and execution requirements.

Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Make necessary revisions based on client and site feedback.

Assist in material selection, finishes and design detailing.

Coordinate with MEP and other consultants wherever required.

Monitor execution at site to ensure that the design is implemented as per drawings.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and drawing sets.





Manage multiple projects/tasks and ensure timely completion.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

2–3 years of relevant experience in architecture, commercial interiors, office projects or fit-outs.

Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD is required.

Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop or other design software will be an advantage.

Good understanding of architectural drawings, space planning and construction detailing.

- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with clients, contractors and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
