We are looking for a Senior Analyst – SAP S/4HANA EAM/QM with strong hands-on experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Quality Management (QM) . The candidate will be responsible for application support, configuration, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP EAM/QM solutions in an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide application support and functional expertise for SAP EAM and QM in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Configure and support SAP EAM and SAP QM functionalities based on business requirements.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and application operations within the Enterprise Asset Management and Quality Management functions.
- Work with asset management processes , including maintenance and related EAM activities.
- Support integration of EAM/QM with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and CO .
- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work on master data management and governance , including integration with SAP MDG where applicable.
- Support SAP EAM extensions and related application operations.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams for requirement analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Follow ITIL-based service management practices for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Participate in Agile methodologies , sprint planning, requirement discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of experience in SAP EAM and QM, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and SAP Quality Management (QM) .
- Proficiency in SAP EAM and QM configuration .
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA .
- Valuable understanding of integration with MM, FI, CO , and other SAP modules.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA application operations support and/or project implementation .
- Exposure to SAP MDG and master data governance .
- Experience with SAP EAM extensions and application support.
- Good understanding of ITIL-based service management practices .
- Experience working in Agile environments .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- 8–12 years of experience in SAP EAM and QM, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
