The Manager – COO’s Office will work closely with the COO as a strategic thought partner and execution anchor. The role involves driving high-impact projects across businesses, supporting strategic planning, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring strong alignment between strategy and execution. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong business understanding, analytical depth, and executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects from concept to execution.
- Track progress against key initiatives, identify risks, and drive timely closure.
- Ensure coordination across business units and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Develop structured perspectives on key business issues through research, analysis, and synthesis.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance trends, financial metrics, market opportunities, and risks.
- Create high-quality presentations for leadership forums, board updates, and client engagements.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful narratives.
