Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst/Manager – Expense Reporting to join the Financial Operations team. This role combines financial analysis, expense intelligence, budgeting, forecasting, and technology-enabled process improvement.

The position will support senior leadership by delivering high-quality reporting, financial analysis, expense and profitability models, and actionable insights across firm-wide, business unit, and fund-level expenses. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical capabilities, experience working with large and complex datasets, excellent stakeholder management skills, and an interest in leveraging technology, automation, data visualization, and AI to build smarter and more efficient financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis &

- Expense Reporting Partner with senior leadership, business unit heads, and portfolio managers to deliver comprehensive expense reports, financial analyses, and management insights. Prepare and maintain expense and profitability models at firm-wide, business unit, and fund levels. Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and expense planning activities. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, variances, opportunities, and key expense drivers. Translate complex financial information into clear, concise, and executive-ready insights. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support to functions such as Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Legal, and Compliance. Month-End &
- Financial Operations Oversee month-end activities, including expense allocation reviews, reporting deliverables, and financial analytics. Act as a primary point of contact for month-end-related queries and ensure timely resolution. Review team outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting requirements. Support and guide junior team members in financial reporting and analytical activities. Prepare financial information and analysis for external stakeholders as required. Project &
- Change Management Own and drive change initiatives related to expense reporting, processes, and reporting infrastructure. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to assess business requirements,



understand implications, and define appropriate solutions. Act as a project manager for cross-functional initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Lead projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and scoping through implementation and delivery. Ensure changes are accurately incorporated across reporting processes, systems, and infrastructure. Technology, Automation &
- Analytics Lead initiatives to develop and enhance reporting and financial analytics tools. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency. Define business and functional requirements and collaborate with technology teams to deliver solutions. Explore and leverage AI, automation, data visualization, and reporting technologies to enhance financial operations. Improve reporting processes and user experience through technology-driven solutions.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and business teams. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels. Communicate financial insights, analytical findings, project updates, and recommendations clearly and confidently. Act as a trusted partner in addressing financial reporting and expense-related requirements.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the hedge fund or asset management industry.

Experience with financial reporting, expense analytics, or enterprise-level budgeting. Exposure to AI, data visualization, reporting, automation, or technology-driven financial solutions.

Experience working closely with technology teams on reporting or analytics initiatives.
