Elevate is hiring a Senior Analyst will provide administrative and paralegal support for litigation-related processes and legal operations. This role is ideal for professionals with early career experience who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to leverage ELMA, AI tools, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and support case management activities. Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day administrative and paralegal tasks supporting litigation operations.
- Review and monitor court dockets for updates, deadlines, and required actions.
- Utilize ELMA and other AI-enabled tools to process and customize pleadings and legal documents.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
- Schedule and track depositions, hearings, court deadlines, and case milestones.
- Maintain accurate case information and documentation in designated systems.
- Assist with document preparation, organization, and management throughout the litigation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support reporting and tracking of operational and case-related metrics.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through technology and automation.

- Familiarity with case management systems, workflow tools, or legal technology platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered tools and automation solutions is desirable.
- Exposure to US litigation processes is a plus.

Education

- Graduate degree required.
