**QWAM AI is looking for an experienced AI Data & Annotation professional, specializing in Video, Computer Vision and Robotics, to work closely with our founding and technology teams on an early-stage AI initiative.
What we’re looking for
- 8-12 years of relevant AI data / annotation experience
- Strong specialization in Video, Computer Vision & Robotics datasets
- Hands-on experience with video/image annotation, object tracking, segmentation, pose/keypoints and related workflows
- Deep understanding of annotation standards, ground truth and QA/QC
- Experience with AI-assisted annotation tools and workflows
- Ability to evaluate outputs, identify edge cases and improve data quality
- Experience handling large and complex annotation projects
- Ability to work closely with AI/ML and engineering teams
- Strong technical thinking, ownership and problem-solving skills
This is not a routine annotation-management role. We’re looking for someone with deep domain expertise who wants to help shape an AI initiative from an early stage.
