Role & responsibilities

- Manage and support AI-based automation solutions running in production.

- Ensure application availability, stability and SLA compliance.

- Support deployment and go-live of AI solutions across new locations and business units.

- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Coordinate with business teams to understand feedback, issues and training requirements.

- Work closely with development/technical teams to resolve application and technical issues.

- Develop and support solutions using Python, Azure and Generative AI/LLMs.

- Hands-on experience with NLP, RAG, Document Intelligence, APIs and Microservices.

- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and MLflow.

- Strong understanding of databases and application integration.

- Ability to work across AI,



automation, production support and application management.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with 30 to 45 days or less notice period will be preferred.

- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Python, Azure, Generative AI/LLMs, RAG, NLP and Document Intelligence.

- Experience in AI application production support, automation and deployment/go-live activities will be preferred.

- Robust ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
