Our client is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to design, build, test, and operate enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Azure AI services, Python, and enterprise AI integrations, with an emphasis on secure, reusable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Python-based AI services, RAG pipelines, embeddings, AI agents, and multi-agent solutions.
- Design and implement solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP, tool calling, and function calling.
- Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure API Management, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop APIs, data connectors, tool integrations, automated tests, and evaluation datasets.
- Support CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for AI applications.
- Monitor AI solution quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost.
- Implement Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and access-control practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, data teams, platform teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of experience in Software, Data, ML, or AI Engineering, with strong hands-on experience in Python-based AI services and enterprise AI development.
- Solid hands-on experience with AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, MCP, Tool Calling, and Function Calling, including developing agent-based AI solutions and workflows.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and retrieval.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure API Management,



and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with REST APIs, data connectors, event integration, authentication/authorization, and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, automated testing, evaluation datasets, containers, and production deployment practices.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, model/prompt monitoring, and monitoring AI solution quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost.
- Experience with automated evaluation, evaluation datasets, model/prompt monitoring, and assessing AI solution quality.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, access control, content safety, and data-handling requirements

Nice-to-Have-Skills

- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
- Azure Fundamentals certification.
- Generative AI or Python certification.
- Experience with Azure Functions, AKS, Azure API Management, and Microsoft Fabric.
