? About the RoleWe’re looking for a people-first, target-driven Senior Admission Counselor who knows how to turn conversations into conversions and leads into successful student journeys.
You’ll be the face of Cybrom Academy, helping students and parents choose the right career path, understand our programs, and make confident enrollment decisions.

? What You'll Do
- ? Handle inbound & outbound leads and drive admission conversions
- ?️ Counsel students and parents through calls, meetings & walk-ins
- ? Understand student goals and recommend the right course/program
- ? Own monthly admission targets, follow-ups and conversion numbers
- ? Build strong relationships with students, parents and internal teams
- ? Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline using CRM
- ? Explain course curriculum, fees, career opportunities & placement support
- ? Conduct counselling sessions, seminars and admission drives
- ? Track lead status, conversion ratios and daily performance
- ? Mentor junior counselors and help improve team conversions
- ? Identify gaps in the admission funnel and suggest better strategies
⚡ What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Admissions / Counselling / Inside Sales / EdTech
- Strong communication skills in Hindi + English
- Confident, energetic and comfortable talking to students & parents
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Target-oriented with a “let's get it done” attitude
- Good understanding of CRM and lead-management processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide junior counselors
